My path into hypnotherapy began through my own experiences with mental health challenges and trauma. Along the way, I discovered how powerful gentle, compassionate support can be. That journey is what inspires my work today, and it allows me to meet clients with understanding, empathy and respect.
I believe that everyone has the ability to move forward, even when life feels overwhelming or stuck. Through hypnotherapy, I help you reconnect with your inner strengths, gain clarity, and begin to remove the barriers that may be holding you back.

I trained with David Carroll at the Ali Campbell Practitioner Academy, and I am committed to providing thoughtful, ethical and client-centred hypnotherapy.
